TELEPHONE CARE MANAGEMENT LESSENS PAIN AND DEPRESSION FOR CANCER PATIENTS

SUMMARY:


Pain and depression are two of the most prevalent symptoms facing cancer patients. These symptoms are also treatable but frequently are undetected and undertreated. A new study shows by receiving help for these symptoms with telephone care management, cancer patients lessened both their pain and depression.
